Main Purpose

This advanced course offers hands-on ministry training, blending theory with real-world practice. Participants gain deeper knowledge and essential skills through dynamic, engaging experiences that prepare them for impactful ministry.

Entry Requirements

Access to Year 3 will only be granted to

learners who have completed Year 2.

Duration

12 Months – Participants who are not able to complete within 12 months may continue until completion but notable to complete within 12 months may continue until completion but not

exceed 24 months.

Recognition

A certificate of acknowledgment/ recognition will be issued upon completion of Year 3.

Content

Year 3 builds on previous foundations with a modular approach focused on spiritual growth, deeper biblical understanding, and essential ministry skills. Emphasizing experiential learning, participants engage in hands-on activities and reflective practice to deepen comprehension. This stage encourages practical application, making it a pivotal phase in ministry development. Denominations may use this year for local internships, offering students real-world opportunities to apply their learning effectively.

Outcome

Building caring relationships in a small faith community (cell groups, interest groups, peer groups, etc) by responding to the spiritual and physical needs of the members and community at large.

Building a Faith Community (Interest Groups)

Building Christian interest and prayer groups as a project involves several key tenets that encompass both

organizational and spiritual aspects. These activities will be accompanied by a project plan and numerous progress reports throughout the timeline.

Outreach Projects

Building practical Outreach Church Projects that encompass Gospel outreach, worship, and giving to the poor involves several key tenets that blend evangelism with compassionate community engagement. These activities will be accompanied by a project plan and numerous progress reports throughout

the timeline.

Objective: A short-term project that addresses specific community needs through activities such as feeding programs, health or evangelistic campaigns.

Community Development

Designing a practical Mission Project for community building that integrates aspects of Economy, Nature, Leadership, and Christ. These activities will be accompanied by a project plan and numerous progress reports throughout the timeline.

a. Objective: A more extensive project, building systems or initiatives that empower the community, such as vocational training programs, literacy projects, or infrastructure development.
