between December 15 and January 15.

Application Procedures

  • Please carefully review the contents of the prospectus before submitting your application. Completion and submission of the application form indicate that the applicant has thoroughly read and understood the information provided in the prospectus.
  • All applications must be submitted via the online registration portal. 
  • Upon submitting the application, the applicant will receive a confirmation email from Beula Park Academy containing additional information and instructions

Course Registration

Applicants may choose from the following registration options for the selected course:

Stand-alone Modules (Available 1 October 2025)

  • Students may select individual Modules for their chosen Course (from Year 1 to Year 3).
    • Only the Modules selected will be accessible on the Learning Management System:
    • It is highly recommended that students follow the prescribed sequence when selecting Modules, as each Module is designed to serve as a foundational building block for subsequent Modules within that academic year.
    • Upon completing a module, students may proceed to register for subsequent Module(s).
    • Applicants are only required to pay for the module(s) they select, in accordance with the pricing outlined in the Prospectus.

    Full Course Registration

  • Students may select the option to register for the full course.
    • All the Modules of the course will be accessible on the Learning Management System.
    • It is highly recommended that students complete the Modules according to the prescribed sequence, as each Module is designed to serve as a foundational building block for subsequent Modules within that academic year.
    • Applicants will be required to pay for the full course, in accordance with the pricing outlined in the Prospectus.
